Can someone other than me pick up my items once the servicing is complete?
To authorize an individual to pick up or drop off stones associated with your account you must login to your client portal and add them as an Authorized Rep or Courier.
Please add this team member, including uploading a copy of a valid ID, prior to coming into the laboratory location.
