The GIA Diamond Origin Program is available to companies supplying diamond jewelry and loose diamonds to the jewelry retail sector (“Participant”). Participant’s name, logo, and contact information may be listed on GIA.edu upon agreement to all of the following:

Once this application is completed and submitted, you will be contacted by a GIA representative to finalize your application. Receipt of this application by GIA does not constitute acceptance or inclusion of Participant in the Program, and GIA may require additional information and/or documentation prior to finalizing application review.
