参与者选择
每年从最高行政级别选出 50 名参与者，每家公司派一名参与者参加。
该项目的选择性有助于确保与哈佛教师的最高参与度以及同行之间开放和富有成效的合作。

课程证书
成功完成后，参与者将获得哈佛商学院课程结业证书。
